Are There Any Upfront Fees?
At Campaign Sports your team is not liable for fees related to the costs of designing, printing, mailing and emailing of brochures. This is a sharing approach with all the guarantees on your side! We don’t make any money unless you do.
How Does Campaign Sports Get Paid?
As explained this is a profit sharing arrangement. We do not earn a dime until your team does.
We start from zero, and we remain 50/50 partners until you double our fee. Once the fee has been doubled, we collect our fee and every dollar from that point forward belongs to the team. Guaranteed.
Our cost is an industry low $3.65 per mailed brochure. (We also charge normal and routine credit card and PayPal fees.) We do NOT charge for emailed brochures or social media postings.
For example, if we mail 300 brochures we will earn our maximum of $1,095. Once your team raises $2,100, we split those proceeds 50/50, then it’s 100% profit for your team the rest of the way.
What Makes for a Successful Campaign?
First and foremost we need your athletes to take this seriously and that usually starts with the coach. Athletes should enter anyone in their social network that they believe may support their team. Best examples are former coaches & teachers, neighbors of many years, family doctor & dentist, pastor, cousins, aunts & uncles, grandparents, and small & big business contacts that are affiliated with the athlete’s family. The stronger the list, the greater the result.
When Do Brochures Go Out?
We pride ourselves in our ability to get your campaign designed, printed and in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service within one week of receiving your approval.
How Do People Make Contributions?
We make it very easy for individuals to contribute to your campaign. People can either write a check, send cash, or money order, or contribute by credit card or PayPal.
Credit card & PayPal donations will be processed through our secure website at www.joinourcampaign.com. An individual may also phone our company at 732-474-1555 and donate over the phone.
Finally, when your potential donors receive their brochure it will also contain a postage-paid return envelope, so they can simply drop a check in the mail.
How Do I Track The Campaign?
A few days after your brochures have been mailed you will be sent a link to your own private administrative page. On this page you will be able to see all credit card donations as they are processed. Checks will be mailed directly to you at the school or address of your choice. The administrative page will have a check drop box for you to easily submit all checks for tallying purposes.
When Do I Receive The Money from Credit Card Contributions?
One of our primary goals at Campaign Sports is to get your money to you as soon as possible. Once your campaign ends (usually around 8 to 12 weeks depending on donation consistency) we will have a settle up. Campaign Sports will mail the difference between our fee and the collected amount within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Guaranteed!
Is Our Fee Paid To Campaign Sports?
We have discovered through countless campaigns that the credit card portion of your contributions will normally cover our fee without accounting for the checks you have previously received.
In the event the credit card contributions fall short of our fee, we will invoice the team for the differential.
What Happens To Contributions Received “After” The Campaign Has Closed?
Your campaign never really “closes”. Any funds received for your team will be forwarded to you on a monthly basis.
